Keep Three Corners Moving is a public information website paid for by ClearBlue Holdings, the development team for the Three Corners waterfront project in Vero Beach, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect on this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean ClearBlue Holdings and the vendors who run this site on its behalf.
Information We Collect
When you add your name, we collect the information you choose to give us:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your mobile phone number, if you provide it
- Your ZIP code, and whether you live in the City of Vero Beach
- Anything you write about why the waterfront matters to you
- If you share your story: how your name should appear, your neighborhood, how long you have lived in Vero Beach, and a photo if you choose to send one
- Your choices about text messages and about sharing your words on this site
Like most websites, we also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device, the pages you visit and how you arrived at the site. We may use cookies and similar tools from advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta and Google, to understand how the site is used and to show information about Three Corners to people who have visited it.
How We Use Your Information
- To send you email updates about Three Corners, including public meetings and next steps
- To send you text message reminders, only if you checked the box asking for them
- To count and describe community support for the project, for example the number of supporters and how many live in the City of Vero Beach
- To share your name, words and, for stories, your photo on this site, with City officials and in other materials about Three Corners, only if you checked a box giving us permission

Text Messages
If you opt in, you will receive occasional text messages from ClearBlue Holdings about Three Corners meetings and events. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of signing up. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile number or text opt-in with third parties for their own marketing.
Who We Share Information With
We share information only with:
- Members of the Three Corners development team and the firms working on its behalf, such as communications and technology vendors, who need it to run this site and send updates
- City officials or the public, only as described above and only with your permission when it comes to your name and comment
- Authorities, when required by law
A Note About Public Records
This site may encourage you to contact the Vero Beach City Council. Under Florida law, emails and letters you send directly to City officials are generally public records. That is separate from the information you give us on this site.

- Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
